Royal Flush played a great concert last night as part of our Careers in the Arts Fair for teens.
Five local professional artists representing fine arts, music, culinary arts, graphic design, and photography took questions from librarian Karin Cockram to give attending teens an idea of what it’s like to make a living using your creativity and artistic talents. Four local boys then showed off their own musical talents with a great set that featured some great original material and popular covers.
A big thanks to the artists and the band for a great night!
The next teen event is at 3pm on July 14. We’ll meet at Patterson Library, then walk to Sapore for a chance to cook with chef Tony Pisicoli.
